Johnny G and the All-Stars, a standout band in the emerging live blues scene at the Lake of the Ozarks, continue to build a solid reputation throughout mid-Missouri with their dynamic performances. Whether it is at lakeside clubs, roadhouses ,or festival stages - their guitar edged and horn punctuated bluesy rock-tinged blues keep audiences enthralled. Their unique sound evolves from their burning covers of blues classics and carefully crafted original compositions.

Johnny G and the All-Stars won the blues blast; a "battle of the bands" style competition sponsored by the Mid-Missouri based MoBlues Association. Winning qualified them to represent the Blues Foundation affiliate at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2004. Listeners will quickly understand why this band was voted the favorite member band of the Lake of the Ozarks Blues Society and chosen by the membership to play their festival in 1999 with subsequent performances in 2002 and 2003. They have also been invited to repeat engagements at the Greater Ozarks Blues Festival Pub Crawl in Springfield, Mo.
